Payment Terms and Conditions

Throughout this page, the terms ‘you’ and ‘your’ are used to refer to ‘the customer’.

By placing an order for the provision of Products with Chemical Man (trading as Gleam It Products), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from date of invoice.
2. If a payment is not made within 30 days of the placement of the order, or a payment fails or is declined by your financial institution (including but not limited to a cheque that is not honoured) then that payment will be an “Overdue Debt”, and you agree to pay to Chemical Man Pty Ltd an administrative fee of $55.00 inclusive of GST in each instance. You and Chemical Man Pty Ltd agree the administrative fee is a genuine pre-estimate of the administrative costs incurred by Chemical Man Pty Ltd as a result of a payment becoming an Overdue Debt.
3. Chemical Man Pty Ltd agrees not to charge you interest on any amount owing by you to Chemical Man Pty Ltd unless it becomes an Overdue Debt. If payment becomes an Overdue Debt, then you agree to pay to Chemical Man Pty Ltd interest on the Overdue Debt at a rate of 10% per annum calculated daily and compounded monthly from the due date of payment until the actual date of payment.
4. Payment is to be made in full by either electronic funds transfer or direct deposit into the following bank account:

5. You agree to be responsible for all debt collection fees incurred by Chemical Man Pty Ltd in recovering Overdue Debt/s from you. You acknowledge that Chemical Man Pty Ltd will incur debt collection fees and take debt recovery action against you for Overdue Debts.
6. You grant Chemical Man Pty Ltd and its representatives the right to enter upon your premises (by force if necessary) to repossess any Product provided by Chemical Man Pty Ltd to you and for which you have not paid within the payment terms even if that Product has been mixed with other Products.
7. You agree that until you have paid all monies owing to Chemical Man Pty Ltd that you will not sell, dispose of or encumber the Product without Chemical Man Pty Ltd prior written consent.
8. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the law of Queensland and any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
